The Small Print

Returns accepted for 30 days with free return shipping.
No final sale items are accepted for return, refund, or exchange.
We offer a full refund or exchange for items you are dissatisfied with as long as the claim is made within 30 days.
Refunds will not include the cost of shipping as we are not responsible for shipping costs.
After the 30-day refund/exchange period, you will only be eligible for an exchange or a partial store credit of 50% of your original purchase.
Exchanges are only eligible for the same product or one of equal value.
After 60 days, we will not exchange or credit an order.

Promotional or free gifts will not be eligible for exchange as they are for promotional marketing only. Gifts will not be open for demand outside of the period of the promotion.
